Oregon’s Stella Orangetip Butterfly

by | Jun 9, 2016

Recently I was checking out some places in Central Oregon the Bend area and while having a chat with some random fellow hikers who in a truly wild coincidence had lived around the corner from me in Fort Myers, Florida, this beautiful little stella orangetip butterfly landed about two feet from where we were talking. Since I already had my camera in my hand, I took just one shot and nailed it. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
